Srinagar, Sept. 27 -- A senior Border Security Force (BSF) officer today said terrorists are present at launching pads across the Line of Control (LoC), waiting to infiltrate into Kashmir.
Inspector General, BSF Kashmir Frontier, Ashok Yadav, said the launching pads opposite their area of responsibility (AOR) in Kupwara, Bandipora and Baramulla districts show the presence of terrorists.
"They are looking for a chance to infiltrate.They often attempt to cross over during bad weather and their efforts are continuous. We are also fully prepared accordingly and have very tight security," Yadav told reporters in Srinagar after a T-shirt unveiling ceremony for the Wular marathon.
