Kolkata, July 11 -- A question paper tagging the revolutionaries, who fought and sacrificed for India's freedom against the colonial British, as terrorists or 'santrasbadi', has raised sharp criticism from all section of society, including academics and principal opposition BJP.

The immediate fallout from the controversy since Thursday is the removal of two professors from ongoing examination in the Vidyasagar University, Medinipur, a district which has produced scores of revolutionaries such as Khudiram Bose and Matangini Hazra, who sacrificed their lives in their struggle against the colonial British.
