Bhopal, July 19 -- Tensions have escalated between two groups of Hindu and Muslim transgenders in Indore, with the Hindu group levelling serious allegations of 'transgender HIV jihad' on the Muslim group and accusing them of infecting more than 60 Hindu transgenders by deliberately injecting them with HIV-infected needles.

Members of the Hindu transgender group say that they have written complaint applications to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Justice of India B R Gavai, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav, Indore Collector Ashish Singh, and Indore Police Commissioner Santosh Kumar Singh.
