New Delhi, Aug. 20 -- India and China arrived a 10-point consensus including on border management mechanisms at diplomatic and military levels, trans-border rivers cooperation and sharing of hydrological information during emergency situations at the 24th Round of Talks Between the Special Representatives (SRs) of the two countries on the Boundary Question.

Releasing the details of the 10-point Consensus today the Chinese Foreign Ministry said the two countries agreed to give full play to the role of the China-India Expert Level Mechanism on Trans-border Rivers and keep communication on the renewal of relevant MoUs.
