Hyderabad, Nov. 30 -- In response to recent media reports regarding issues in issuing Caste and Income Certificates through MeeSeva, the Hyderabad Electronic Service Delivery (ESD) - MeeSeva, today clarified that there is no interruption in MeeSeva Services and within six days from Nov 24, it has processed around 2.28 lakh applications of all categories including issuing of caste and Inccome certificates.
In a statement, the ESD also clarified that the system is functioning smoothly and continues to deliver services effectively across the State.
MeeSeva continues to operate as the primary platform for over 600 government-to-citizen services in Telangana, handling a wide range of transactions.
