Hyderabad, May 4 -- In a landmark move to boost the state's tourism sector, the Telangana government under the leadership of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has launched its first-ever Tourism Policy, aiming to attract investments worth Rs 15,000 crore and position Telangana as a premier tourist destination in India.

Leveraging the global spotlight of the upcoming Miss World 2025 competition, which will feature representatives from 120 countries and be broadcast live in over 150 nations, the state government plans to promote Telangana's historical, cultural, and spiritual richness on the international stage.
