Hyderabad, May 11 -- Telangana Revenue, Housing, Information and Public Relations Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy on Sunday announced significant reforms in the Stamps and Registration Department aimed at saving citizens' time and streamlining the property registration process.
In a statement, the Minister said that the outdated practice of buyers and sellers waiting for hours under trees at Sub-Registrar Offices has been eliminated through the phased implementation of a slot booking system. This reform is being introduced alongside the modernisation of Sub-Registrar Offices across the state.
