Hyderabad, Jan. 6 -- The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA), set up by the Telangana government to address urban flooding and protect public assets, has emerged as a model institution in disaster management, drawing national attention at a high-level interaction held at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, on Tuesday.
