Suryapet/Huzurnagar, May 4 -- Telangana has emerged as a national model in implementing caste census and targeted social justice, said Irrigation and Civil Supplies Minister Capt N Uttam Kumar Reddy, declaring that the Congress government's landmark initiative offers a governance blueprint for the entire country.
Speaking at review meetings and public events in Kodad and Huzurnagar constituencies on Sunday, Uttam highlighted that Telangana's caste census, completed scientifically and transparently, had compelled the BJP-led Centre to respond to Rahul Gandhi's long-standing demand for a nationwide caste census.
