Hyderabad, Jan. 5 -- Telangana Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Minister D Anasuya Seethakka and Environment, Forests and Endowments Minister Konda Surekha on Monday extended a formal invitation to Governor Jishnu Dev Varma to attend the Medaram Sammakka Saralamma Jatara.
The invitation was extended during a meeting held at Lok Bhavan here. The Ministers invited the Governor to participate in the historic tribal festival, which is one of the largest congregations of devotees in the country and holds deep cultural and spiritual significance in Telangana.
