Hyderabad, Dec. 14 -- Telangana Minorities Welfare Minister Mohammed Azharuddin today assured the Sikh community that the government would take steps to address its long-pending demands, drawing a cricketing analogy and promising to help the community achieve a "hat trick" on key issues.

The assurance came during an event organised by the Telangana Sikh Society at Guru Nanak High School, Sikh Chawniat, Attapur, to observe Sahibzaade Shahadat Diwas, commemorating the martyrdom of the two younger sons of Guru Gobind Singh.
