Hyderabad, March 28 -- The first edition of the Telangana Legislators' Sports and Cultural Meet-2026 commenced at Lal Bahadur Shastri Stadium here on Saturday.
The event was inaugurated by Chief Minister A.Revanth Reddy, who attended as chief guest along with Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar, Legislative Council Chairman Gutta Sukhender Reddy and Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said the meet offers an opportunity for public representatives engaged in governance to unwind and promote sportsmanship.
He noted that the platform is aimed at encouraging participation and fostering sporting spirit.
