Hyderabad, Aug. 28 -- The Telangana Human Rights Commission (TGHRC), headed by Chairperson Dr Justice Shameem Akther, has taken serious note of a complaint filed by nine B.Pharmacy students of Venkateshwara Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nalgonda, alleging that the college authorities had illegally retained their original educational certificates on the pretext of pending fee reimbursement.
