Hyderabad, June 17 -- Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma inaugurated the annual Free Notebook Distribution initiative of Bharat Sevashram Sangha and lauded the efforts of the organisation in supporting education through selfless service.
On the occasion, Dev Varma along with M.Dana Kishore, Principal Secretary to Governor, Swami Munishwaranandaji Maharaj, Secretary of the Hyderabad Ashram, and Swami Venkateswaranandaji Maharaj, distributed 4,000 long notebooks and 1,600 short notebooks to the students of Raj Bhavan High School here on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Governor commended the dedicated efforts of the teachers in imparting quality education and shaping the future of the students.
