Hyderabad, March 1 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Saturday warned that the state government will deal with illegal sand mining and smuggling of sand and other minerals with an iron hand.
Reviewing the performance of the Mining Department Reddy asserted that stringent action against illegal mining is the only solution to generate more revenue.
The Mining Department officials briefed the Chief Minister about the measures taken to curb illegal mining and sand transport to generate more revenues.
