Hyderabad, June 1 -- In a major step towards streamlining property registration services, Telangana will implement a slot booking system across all sub-registrar offices in the state starting June 2, announced State Revenue, Housing, and Information Public Relations Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy on Sunday.
The initiative was earlier piloted in 47 out of 144 sub-registrar offices in two phases. Starting tomorrow, the remaining 97 sub-registrar offices will adopt the slot booking system. Minister Reddy stated that this move aims to provide transparent, efficient, and corruption-free services to citizens.
