Hyderabad, Oct. 10 -- Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka today emphasised the state government's pro-growth and pro-partnership approach with the real estate sector, assuring developers of transparency, simplified digital approvals, and time-bound clearances.
"Regulation should guide, not grind. The government must be a facilitator, not a spectator or dictator," he said after inaugurating the three-day 15th NAREDCO Telangana Property Show at Hitex Exhibition Centre, Madhapur.
Bhatti appreciated NAREDCO's contribution to Hyderabad's real estate growth and urged developers to prioritise affordable housing for middle-class and lower-income families, while channeling CSR funds toward education and health infrastructure.
