Hyderabad, April 16 -- Admitting that there was shortage of oxygen supply in the state, Telangana Health Minister Etela Rajender has said that the government was making all possible efforts to overcome it.
Talking to media after inaugurating paddy purchasing centre at Huzurabad in Karimnagar district, Mr Rajender said Covid-19 is spreading fast as compared to earlier.
He asked the people to be careful and come out from their homes only if necessary.
The Minister said that the state government has sought permission from the Centre to administer COVID-19 vaccine to above 25 years.
The Centre has responded positively, Mr Rajender said.
