Hyderabad, Aug. 10 -- The Telangana government has issued GO No 34, granting significant exemptions in transfer rules for employees with disabilities and those with family members who are mentally disabled.
The order also applies to dependents with severe disabilities, ensuring they can continue in their current postings, subject to administrative requirements.
The announcement was made at the state office of the Disabled, Elderly, Transgender Welfare & Cooperative Society in Hyderabad, where SC, ST, Minority, Disabled, Elderly and Transgender Welfare Minister Adluri Laxman Kumar and Telangana Disabled Corporation Chairman Muthineni Veeraiah were felicitated by the Disabled Employment Association on Sunday.
