Hyderabad, Sept. 9 -- The Telangana Health Department signed an agreement with the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU) to provide German and Japanese language training to students of government nursing colleges.
The MoU was signed today in the presence of Health Minister Damodar Rajanarsimha.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister described nursing as a "sacred profession that saves lives" and praised the selfless services of nurses, especially during the Covid pandemic when they cared for patients in the absence of family members.
"This is a profession for those who can show kindness and love towards others," he said, congratulating the students preparing to enter nursing.
