Hyderabad, May 10 -- In view of the prevailing situation in the border regions, the Telangana Government has taken swift and comprehensive measures to assist citizens from the state who are currently stranded or returning from affected areas.

Acting under the direction of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, Telangana Bhawan in New Delhi has been designated as the nodal centre for coordination and relief operations.

A dedicated 24x7 Control Room has been set up at Telangana Bhawan and is fully operational to receive distress calls and coordinate rescue and support efforts. So far, around 30 distress calls have been received and addressed.
