Hyderabad, Feb. 28 -- : The State Government has allocated 3.95 acres of land at Khanapur to the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) to strengthen drinking water infrastructure in the Kokapet-Neopolis region.
The allocation comes amid rising water demand in fast-growing areas along the Outer Ring Road, an official release said here on Saturday.
The land will facilitate construction of key infrastructure, including a Master Balancing Reservoir, Elevated Level Service Reservoirs and allied facilities.
