Tirumala, April 1 -- Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla, accompanied by his family, offered prayers at the sacred Tirumala temple on Wednesday morning.
Upon arrival at the temple's Mahadwaram, he was accorded a warm welcome by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) officials.
The Governor, along with his wife, Janaki Shukla, first paid obeisance at the Dhwajastambham before proceeding to the sanctum sanctorum for darshan of Lord Venkateswara.
At the Ranganayakula Mandapam, Vedic scholars blessed the couple. Temple authorities presented them with Srivari theertha prasadam, portraits, and calendars.
