Hyderabad, Dec. 25 -- Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma on Thursday attended the garlanding ceremony of Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee at Vajpayee Park in Secunderabad.
Later, he paid floral tributes to the former Prime Minister at Lok Bhavan, marking the occasion as Good Governance Day.
Recalling Vajpayee's immense contributions to the nation, the Governor described him as a visionary statesman and an eloquent parliamentarian who played a pivotal role in strengthening India's democratic foundations and fostering national unity.
