Hyderabad, Oct. 1 -- Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma today extended warm greetings to the people of Telangana on the joyous occasion of Vijaya Dasami. In a message, Varma said "the Navaratri festival renews us with the spirit of joy and jubilation.
