Hyderabad, Aug. 6 -- Telangana Director General of Police (DGP) Dr Jitender, on Wednesday, reviewed the first Half-Yearly Crime Meeting at the DGP office, assessing the state's law and order, investigation progress, and crime trends.

Discussions focused on district-wise crime performance, investigation of major cases, bodily and property offences, crimes against women and children, and improving conviction rates. The DGP urged the timely filing of charge sheets, strengthened inter-departmental coordination, and proactive measures against economic and organised crimes.
