Hyderabad, April 3 -- Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Friday welcomed the judgement delivered by the Supreme Court of India on the Telangana Group-I recruitment process.
The apex court on Thursday cleared the way for the appointment of 563 successful candidates as Group-I officers, bringing an end to the prolonged legal deadlock surrounding the selection process.
In a post on X, the Chief Minister said he viewed the verdict as a strong endorsement of the government's transparency and integrity in public recruitment.
He noted that for Group-I aspirants who had waited for years with hope and perseverance often amid financial hardship and prolonged uncertainty the judgement comes as a major relief.
