Hyderabad, June 15 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has expressed his vision to transform Hyderabad into a global hub for cinema by attracting Hollywood and Bollywood film industries to the city.

He assured that the state government would extend all necessary support to the Telugu film industry and help elevate it to international standards.

Addressing the Telangana Gaddar Film Awards (TGFA)-2024 at Hitex, Madhapur, on Saturday night, the Chief Minister said that his government was committed to the growth of the film industry alongside IT, pharma, and defence sectors as part of its vision for "Telangana Rising - 2047."
