Hyderabad, Oct. 16 -- Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy unveiled the official website and logo of the newly constituted Telangana State Police Complaints Authority (TGSPCA) at the Secretariat here on Thursday.
The government constituted the Authority in response to two civil petitions filed by Prakash Singh and others in 2013 in the combined state of Andhra Pradesh, according to the TGSPCA Chairman Justice Dr. B. Siva Sankara Rao.
The Telangana State has framed the Rules and formed District Police Complaints Authorities regional wise - Hyderabad and Warangal in the State of Telangana in pursuance of orders of the Supreme Court of India.
