Hyderabad, Aug. 28 -- Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy will conduct an aerial survey of flood-affected districts today to assess the damage caused by incessant rains, Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao announced it late last night.
The Chief Secretary held a teleconference with the Collectors and SPs of Medak, Kamareddy, Nizamabad, Nirmal, and Sircilla districts, which have been severely hit by heavy rainfall. Senior officials, including Special Chief Secretary (Disaster Management) Arvind Kumar, Principal Secretary (Irrigation) Rahul Bojja, Fire Services DG Nagi Reddy, and special officers assigned to flood-hit districts also participated in the review.
