Hyderabad, Sept. 26 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Friday reviewed the flood situation in the state with the chief secretary and senior officials.

The Chief Minister instructed officials of all departments to remain on high alert, particularly in low-lying and waterlogged areas, and take preventive measures.

He emphasised that steps should be taken to avoid traffic disruptions in the city.
