Hyderabad, Aug. 25 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Monday announced that the state government will develop Osmania University (OU) to the standards of world-class institutions like Oxford and Stanford.
Speaking after inaugurating the Dundubhi and Bima hostel buildings and laying the foundation stone for a digital library and reading rooms on the university campus, the Chief Minister described Osmania University as "an alternative to the word Telangana," and said it has always been at the forefront of struggles and intellectual movements in the state.
