Hyderabad, Aug. 4 -- Following heavy rains in Hyderabad and other parts of the state, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy tonight directed all district Collectors and officials concerned to be on high alert.
The Chief Minister enquired from the officials at the state Secretariat about the situation in the heavy rain hit areas in the state, an official release from CMs office said here.
All the departments were instructed to work in coordination and take relief measures in low lying areas in the rain affected areas.
The officials were also alerted to take relief operations in the areas including GHMC where the habitations are flooded.
