Hyderabad, Nov. 4 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Tuesday dared union Minister Kishan Reddy to book a CBI case against former CM and BRS President K Chandrashekhar Rao and former Irrigation minister T Harish Rao before the November 11 Jubilee Hills assembly by-election.

Addressing a corner meeting at Rahmath Nagar junction in the Jubilee hills constituency, the chief minister also questioned Kishan Reddy for not giving approval to arrest BRS working President KT Rama Rao (KTR) in the Formula E race scam.

He alleged that BRS and BJP have entered into a 'secret agreement'.
