Hyderabad, July 30 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has directed officials to take firm measures to curb Goods and Services Tax (GST) evasion in Telangana.
He chaired a review meeting of the Commercial Taxes Department on Tuesday night and stressed the need for strict compliance among companies falling under the GST framework.
The Chief Minister emphasised that all eligible companies must pay taxes accurately and transparently. To improve services and address taxpayer concerns, he instructed the setting up of a dedicated call centre, recommending the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for efficient query resolution.
