Hyderabad, June 30 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy this evening appointed a high-powered committee to review and probe the underlying causes of the tragic accident in a chemical factory in Sangareddy, on the outskirts of the city, in which 12 people died and 30 others were injured.

A massive explosion at Sigachi Industries in the Pashamylaram industrial area of Telangana's Sangareddy district claimed 12 lives and left 30 others injured-12 of them critically.

The five-member committee constituted comprises of the Chief Secretary, Sp CS - Disaster Management, Principal Secretary (Labour), Principal Secretary (Health) and Addl DGP (Fire Services).
