Hyderabad, Sept. 22 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Monday announced a 34 per cent bonus on the profits for Singareni workers for the financial year 2024-25 at a special programme held at the secretariat.
Speaking to the media later, he said the government would continue to recognise the sacrifices and contributions of Singareni workers, who not only played a vital role in the Telangana statehood movement but also in making the company profitable.
The Chief Minister said Singareni registered a total income of Rs 6,394 crore last year, of which Rs 4,034 crore was earmarked for future investments. The net profit stood at Rs 2,360 crore, of which 34 per cent, amounting to Rs 819 crore, has been allocated as bonus for permanent...
