Hyderabad, June 2 -- The 12th Telangana Formation Day was celebrated with patriotic fervour and grandeur across the state on Monday.
The main event took place at Parade Grounds in Secunderabad, where Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy unfurled the national flag and reviewed a ceremonial parade.
President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended greetings to the people of Telangana on the occasion. Japanese dignitary and Kitakyushu City Mayor Kazuhisa Takechi was the special guest at the event, which was attended by ministers, MLAs, MLCs, and other public representatives.
