Hyderabad, July 19 -- The Independent Expert Committee appointed by the Telangana state government to review the recently conducted caste census has submitted its comprehensive 300-page report to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.

The committee, chaired by former Supreme Court Judge Justice Sudarshan Reddy, described the survey as "scientific, authentic, and historic" and said it could serve as a model for the entire country.

The report was formally presented to the Chief Minister at a high-level meeting held at the MCRHRD Institute in Hyderabad on Saturday.
