Hyderabad, Oct. 31 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party today lodged a complaint with the Election Commission of India (ECI), alleging violation of Model Code of Conduct by the ruling Congress over its move to induct former cricketer Mohammed Azharuddin into the Telangana cabinet ahead of the November 11 Jubilee Hills bypoll.
"We have have just noticed through TV and newspapers that there is a proposal to offer Ministry to former India Cricketer and Telangana Congress working president Mohammed Azharuddin to woo a section of voters in the Jubilee Hills constituency.
