Hyderabad, Dec. 10 -- BJP Telangana president N Ramchander Rao sharply criticised the Congress government's proposal to expand GHMC limits by adding 20 municipalities, seven corporations and several village panchayats on Hyderabad's outskirts.
Talking to the media at state party office here on Wednesday, he said the move would push GHMC's jurisdiction to nearly 2,000 sq km and increase the number of wards to 300, but without addressing basic civic issues that existing wards continue to face.
