Hyderabad, Aug. 7 -- The Telangana State Commission for Backward Classes, under the chairmanship of G Niranjan, held a meeting on Thursday at its Khairatabad office to deliberate on key issues concerning backward classes in the state.
Commission members Rapolu Jayaprakash, Tirumalagiri Surender, Rangu Balalakshmi, and Member Secretary Bala Maya Devi, IAS, were present at the meeting.
A major point of discussion was the ongoing data collection exercise regarding government employees. The Commission voiced dissatisfaction over the failure of several departments to furnish accurate and complete information.
