Soon after the proceedings began, Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar suspended the Question Hour and initiated Zero Hour. According to the schedule released by Dr V Narasimha Charyulu, Secretary to the State Legislature, Deputy Chief Minister (Finance & Planning, Energy) Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu will lay on the table copies of the Reports of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India on the Finance Accounts (Volumes I & II) and Appropriation Accounts for the year 2023-24, as required under Article 151(2) of the Constitution of India.
