Hyderabad, March 11 -- Telangana Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao, participated in the Rythu Nestham program on Tuesday.

Scientists from the Rajendranagar Rice Research Station explained to farmers the management methods they should adopt to cope with water scarcity, particularly for rice cultivation.

In areas facing water shortages, scientists recommended the wet method of watering rice crops. This method not only addresses water scarcity but also provides an opportunity for higher yields.
