Hyderabad, Dec. 23 -- Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu on Tuesday launched a sharp attack on BRS supremo and former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), accusing him of using derogatory language and failing to fulfil his responsibilities as Leader of the Opposition.

Addressing a public meeting at Patha Pinapaka village in Tallada mandal after laying the foundation stone for several sub-station works, Bhatti took strong exception to KCR's recent remarks and alleged use of threatening language.
