Khammam (Telangana), Dec. 24 -- Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu on Wednesday made a surprise visit to the Telangana Tribal Welfare Girls' Gurukul Degree College at Tanikella in Konijerla mandal in the district on Wednesday.
After completing a review meeting at the Khammam Collectorate and while proceeding to Madhira constituency, the Deputy Chief Minister's convoy unexpectedly turned towards the Gurukul hostel.
He inspected the hostel building and interacted with students and the Principal, enquiring about student strength, hostel facilities, adherence to the prescribed menu, lunch timings, and the quality of teaching.
