Hyderabad, Nov. 28 -- YSR Telangana Party President Y S Sharmila's personal caravan was torched allegedly by a group of men of the ruling TRS party at Warangal district on Monday.
The Party President is using the caravan to take rest during her ongoing Praja Prasthanam padayatra, according to party sources.
The mob also damaged the glasses of cars belonging to YSR Telangana Party leaders.
The incident occurred near Lingagiri village, under Chennaraopeta mandal in Warangal district.
When Sharmila participated in the Padayatra on 223rd day, a group of men chanting pro-TRS slogans reached the place where the caravan was halted and torched it.
