Hyderabad, Dec. 23 -- Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) on Tuesday escalated his attack on the Congress-led Telangana government, accusing Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy of lacking basic understanding of river water management and alleging that the ruling party is deliberately avoiding elections due to growing public anger.

Speaking at a felicitation meeting of newly elected Sarpanches, Deputy Sarpanches and Ward Members at the BRS party office in Nalgonda, KTR positioned the Congress government as "administratively weak and politically defensive," asserting that the recent grassroots election results signal a resurgence of the BRS.
