Hyderabad, Dec. 17 -- Telangana IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu, on Tuesday said that the newly launched MeeSeva WhatsApp/Chatbot service platform has witnessed strong and rapid adoption across Telangana, reaffirming the State Government's commitment to citizen-centric digital governance.
The WhatsApp/Chatbot MeeSeva platform, launched on November 18 as an additional digital channel under MeeSeva, enables citizens to access essential government services such as certificate applications, bill enquiries, application status tracking and grievance redressal directly through WhatsApp, without the need to visit MeeSeva centres.
