Bhadradri Kothagudem (Telangana), March 27 -- One person was killed and another remained trapped after a six-storey under construction building near the Panchayat office collapsed in Bhadrachalam on Wednesday. According to police, rescue teams recovered the body of Kameswara Rao at midnight on Wednesday. Efforts are ongoing to rescue Upendera, who remained trapped under the debris. Both victims are masons (Topi Mesties). The building collapsed at 1440 hours on Wednesday. Upon receiving the information, District Collector Jithesh V Patil and Superintendent of Police Rohitraj reached the site and supervised the rescue and relief operations.
